Pilates at the Bay

This 50-minute outdoor mat Pilates class is designed to help you reconnect with your body while enjoying the elements.

We’ll flow through a full-body, moderate-paced sequence using props like the Pilates ball and magic circle to support strength, flexibility, and balance. Just bring a mat- I’ll take care of the rest. Open to all levels!
