Pilates at the Bay

Move with the sun on your skin and the bay breeze at your back. This 50-minute outdoor mat class is designed to reconnect you with your body and the natural world around you.

We’ll move through a moderately paced, full-body Pilates flow using props like the magic circle and Pilates ball to support strength, mobility, and balance. All you need is a mat - everything else is provided. Open to all levels!
